The SoNShine Day experience was enjoyable and well worthwhile. We were greeted at the door by the Good Samaritan director. We were divided into groups to work throughout the facility. One group worked in the kitchen preparing lunch for Meals on Wheels. Another group painted doors to the entrance of the building. The third group organized supplies and toys in a storage closet. Other students cleaned furniture with disinfectant, sanded play equipment, and prepared lunch for the children at the daycare. We all enjoyed it greatly! (Reported by Marguerite Sabatier )
