Problems Accessing Groupwise WebAccess using Internet Explorer

 


If you are having problems viewing Groupwise WebAccess in Internet Explorer 7 or 8, please change the following settings:

 

      1. Open up Internet Explorer
      2. Go to Tools---> Internet Options --->Advanced
      3. Scroll down to the Security section
      4. Check  Use SSL 2.0
      5. Click Okay
      6. Exit Internet Explorer
      7. Restart computer
