| Natural Science & Mathematics - A minimum of eight courses (27 semester hours) |
Microbiology - (4 semester hours) One course with a laboratory.
Human Anatomy and Physiology - (8 semester hours) - Two courses in sequence with labs, which include the study of structure and function of the human body.
College Algebra or higher level math - (3 semester hours)
Statistics - (3 semester hours) - Includes an introduction to descriptive and inferential statistics, including measures of central tendency, variability, correlation, t tests, z tests, ANOVA, chi-square, hypothesis testing, p levels and confidence intervals.
Math/Natural Science Electives (9 semester hours)
| Psychosocial Sciences - A minimum of six courses (18 semester hours) |
General Psychology - (3 semester hours)
Introductory Sociology - (3 semester hours)
Human Growth and Development (3 semester hours) - In a senior college, Developmental Psychology, to include development from infancy through old age. In a junior college, Human Growth and Development, to include development from infancy through old age.

None of the required courses listed, described or recommended above may be met by the following: courses in physical training, military science or dogmatic religion; course credit granted without college level testing.
