Hours of availability for scheduling are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday excluding all state holidays and previously scheduled times.

Scheduling priority is given first to academic courses and seminars.

Scheduling for academic purposes must be placed on the calendar prior to rooms being opened for general purposes.
